Problems opening PDF files in some links

Foxit seems unable to open PDF files in links such as the following:

http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/AttachDownload?openagent&ENV=T0E&NO=001&SEQ=1&VER=1

or

http://www.mah.gov.on.ca/Asset1865.aspx

I'm using Firefox 2.0 on XP.

Adobe opens these files without any problem. Since I do not understand the content of the links (they do not seem to point to a PDF file as such), I don't know how to phrase the issue or what search to do in the forums if it was already discussed.

I can open the two links your provided with no problem. Are you using the newest reader?

Thanks Christina. Yes, I'm using version 2.3. The problem must be with Firefox then, I'll have to figure it out somehow.
