FEATURE REQUEST: Printing a document with popup notes

Hi,

I have a document with plenty of collapsed popup notes. I'd like to print the document along with these notes, however if I choose to print the document along with its annotations, only the highlighting on the document is printed, but not the actual comments.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but if this option is not available, it would be very nice to have.
Incidentally, if the document is set to be viewed using Fit Width, the open comments are out of view since they fall outside the document's margins. I also couldn't find a way to open all popup notes at once, instead of doing this one by one.

This would all be functions i would welcome too.
To print popup notes is not so easy i think, because how should the program know where to print is, or where is place to print? The best solution would be to print popup notes on a separate page i think.

Printing popup notes is already in reader to-do-list.
