scroll mouse do not work sometimes

Problem about reader 2.3 build 2923
sometimes, the midbutton of my mouse do not work when the mouse in the main window. but when i move to the bookmark tree, it works well. is this a bug? or just i have no luck?

Not sure it's a luck or bug. Could you reproduce it? If you could and if possible, make a vedio for us, and indicate your view settings. Thanks a lot.
