Printing problems, either black fields or huge files

I am printing a standard PDF file using PDF Creator.
If i uncheck the "Support transparent imaging" option then i get black fields with unreadable text.

I I check the "Support transparent imaging" option then i get a file that is 10X the size of the original.

Both options are terrible, I have attached a sample PDF that I am using.

Please HELP!
