PDF slideshows on Foxit

I don't know if it's me or my setting but slide shows do not automatically start on Foxit. Instead, I get a strange icon sized window appear. Clicking moves the slides on but no automation is available. Is there a setting I've missed?

Have I asked a stupid question or is there no answer to this one. I'm having to create and test multi media stuff in PDF because my bosses have discovered they can have this in Adobe. I would prefer to use Foxit but it just doesnlt work. Adobe fires up the page transitions but Foxit just sits there.
