Hey,
I'm a total noob on these forums, and I'm sure this question has been asked before, but is there any way to get foxit reader to open pdf files within Firefox as a tab? Is there any way to do it like this?:

Thanks for your time,

Hello, our partner Nitro has solved that already with the PDF Download for Firefox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/636

Hasn't the promise of a Firefox plugin being released been going on since last year at least? I have never had Foxit open a pdf in Firefox since I started using Foxit a couple of years.

Hello Everyone,
Sorry for the delay with the Firefox extension. It has been developed for the next release: Foxit Reader version 2.4. It has been finished and tested and will be in the next version. Thanks.

Umm, When does the 2.4 get released?
In mean time FireFox Extension IE Tab works pretty well click the button in your browser tool bar or right-click and select it from the menu. The FF page is converted to IE and PDFs can be opened than save and switch back to FF the same way. No Its not tabbed into the FF browser but you can still view the PDF file.

:1_11: Awesome!! I'm a first time poster but a long time lurker and FoxIt user. The product is a breath of fresh air every time I use it after being stuck with Adobe bloatware for so many years. I have tried every previous hack I could think of or find for Firefox integration without success, and this is the one addition to FoxIt reader that would make it complete for me.
That being said, given both that there is no current release date for FoxIt Reader 2.4 and that, based on what Mr. Bryant said, the Firefox plug-in has been completed and tested, is there any way the plug-in could be released on its own now or in the immediate future? Even a beta release would be hugely appreciated by me and (based on the number of requests I've seen online for this) a large chunk of your user base.
Thanks again for such a great product and for continuing support!
