quick mouse point to view

Is it possible or does anyone know of software that exists where you can move the cursor (with your mouse) over the pdf file and view a quick photo of the actual document you are about to open thus saving alot of time from actually having to click on the file and open it completely....or is there any software where you can open multiple pdf files at the same time?
please help.

Just select all your PDFs in explorer, then right click and choose "Open", and they'll all open in seperate tabs in FR :)
