I have a single PDF file with pages of varying paper size. Some are legal, some are letter, and some are 11x17. My printer can support all 3 types, and using Adobe Reader's "determine paper size based on PDF page size" prints the entire PDF correctly. But Foxit Reader seems to always default to one paper size even when using "actual size" under page scaling. The only way I've found to print each page on the correct size paper is to change the setting manually for each page, which is extraordinarily tedious for documents with 50+ pages.
Searching the forums I found a few people who had this same problem, and this issue was confirmed as a bug. But the threads were all from 2+ years ago, so I'm wondering if this is still an outstanding bug or if there's some setting that I'm not seeing.
Also, I think a useful feature would be a command line parameter where you can set the paper size. Something along the lines of Foxit Reader.exe C:\MyFile.pdf /p /size=Letter. Just a thought.
Thanks in advance.
