Is there a free standalone utility available using which we can know the version of a pdf document. The problem we are facing is that we need to check the version of the pdf documents being uploaded to our website not to exceed a particular baseline version.
If such a utility is available, is it pluggable, i.e., how to use it from within our java programs? Any details are greatly appreciated.
