I have a 16 page PDF file that displays pages in the correct order in Adobe Acrobat, but in FoxIT, page 1 is the last page and page 16 becomes the first page. I can provide a copy of the PDF file if required.

Yes, without that sample file, developers can't fix that problem :)

So where do I send the PDF or do I just attach it to a message in the forum?

Why not check first to see if Reverse page order is selected?
