it prompted to download a plugin, then fxdecod1.dll come in, even though, it still failed to open the file.

new beta version does not work either.

You are right! After downloading plugins, I can only see a black first page ... If I scroll down to the second page, foxitreader crashs.

I used foxitreader 2.0 beta 0609

V 1.3 Build 1621 will display this file fine, yet Build 0609 and Build 0602 will crash upon opening.
