Default Settings

Whenever I download a file from the internet, Foxit Reader automatically saves the file. How can I change the default setting so that the file is only displayed.

Sorry I may not catch you. But when you download files from the internet, the browser in use will pop up a message asking you if you want to open or save the file, doesn't it?

I am not given the option of whether I want to view or download the file. It automatically shows a box that shows that the file is being downloaded and the .pdf files that were previously downloaded and saved.

which browser (and version) you are using? Firefox? If yes, try Tools/Options/Main/ Always ask me where to save files in the Downloads section. Hope this helps.
