Tabbed browsing and caption hover

If I use tabbed browsing and have more tabs than there is space in the width I can hover on the tab to get the full title. (attached)

If I then move to the right using the Left/Right arrows to the right of the Tabs the hovercaption is no longer working.
This is in Windows XP.

In Vista the hover caption works but it shuffles the names in the caption - so that it no lionger matches the actual tab, but some of the other open tabs.

I am testing with 3309 and can't see the issue input above. Would you give it a try. If you still have this problem, could you please make a video to help us understand it? Thanks a lot.

BTW, how can you use the the Left/Right arrows to move the tabs?

I am able to reproduce with 2.3 b3309
If I have more tabs open than there is space at the "tabs coloum" I do not get the yellow caption when I hover a tab when the most left tab is not in view ...
If I have 4 tabs but only room to view 3 I get a yellow hover caption when
T1,T2,T3,T4[hidden]
but not when
T1[hidden],T2,T3,T4

I use Windows XP and have the same problem on 3 different machines.

Thanks Bernskov to your update. I get it now. Acutually this is a known issue and has been fixed in our internal new edition.
