Foxit Reader with AD

Hello,

I need some help.
I want to use Foxit Reader on a Citrix Terminalserverfarm as plugin for IE 6.0.
The problem is, users should have as less possibilitys to do some damage as possible.
There for i want to disable the Toolbar "Basic" as default for all users.
And the Language should be changed to German.
I found the registry key for doing this (40816d).
Is there another possiblity?
