Good afternoon, gents! Long-time fan, first-time poster. I work with a development team at a children's hospital here in the US. One of my roles is helping support a system that provides bedside education and entertainment to children during their stay (at absolutely no cost to the patient/family, as we're a teaching hospital and also a NPO). For nearly 2 years, now, the system has used Adobe's Reader. I have never been a fan of their software, and their autoupdate features have caused so many problems to this system that I am dead-set on making FoxIt work in our education tab.

I can not provide any source code, unfortunately, as it's a closed-source project and I am also not the primary programmer for this project.

Here's what I'm trying to do... We have an education tab, which is a VB.NET web browser object. When I select the content (in the attached picture, it's a Red Cross Blood Transfusion pamphlet), it loads in this browser. I opened the FoxIt reader before I did this screenshot and unchecked every option related to showing a control/set of tools, so the application itself is pretty bare of any options showing on the toolbars. Is there a way for me to customize the buttons on this interface? I need to get rid of the save button, so the end user can't access the file system through that feature.

We've blocked it everywhere else, but this represents a back-door that we don't want them to access. I can answer security-related questions via PM, but please do not publically bombard me with questions involving the system itself, as it involves patient data-sensitive systems. I just need to know if there's a way to make that save button go away. :1_01:

I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks a lot for making this application better every day!
