Feature request: Manual select of localization file

Hi I have problem with localization.
If I have no internet on PC I can't localize interface!
Because programm need internet connection to get localized.

If I manually copy file of localization in Folder of program, it doesn't see file.
So I have no russian interface!

So I need manual select of localization file, or program must automatically detect files of localzations.

Where' the problem?

Just copy your russion file into your foxitreader directory.
Then start foxitreader and select russion language in language menu.

This should work :)
