Foxit Reader does not remember print settings in the Print dialog during the same session.
I consider it a bug not a feature. And I've seen that other people reported this problem almost a year ago and it still hasn't been solved. It's annoying, especially because it's not related to printing problems people report about and I guess it can easily be solved.
