Printing problem

The attached pdf file was created using BullZip pdf printer and Foxit Reader will not print to my HP 4050 printer. It took the job and process as if it got printed. However, nothing came out of the printer. Please help. No problem if open with Adobe Reader.

Interesting. The file got printed fine in my part. Can you print it with Foxit in another machine?

Let me know your operation system and please give us your printer info by using this tool: www.foxitsoftware.com/tools/Getprinterinfo.exe .

Attached is the printer info from the software. I'm runing XP sp2. Also, this is a network printer...if it matter in anyway.

Thanks for your update. Maybe that is the cause printing from a network printer. But I can't say for sure since I can manage to print to a network printer. Can you please help test to print to a local printer in your part?

Sorry. All printers are network printers. Not sure what changed. I remembered that I was able to print fine to our network printers before on a previous versions of Foxit Reader.

No, I'm not printing from command line. Just regular print icon on the toolbar.

Hi Jacken, good news for you. we've managed to repro this priting issue with 3309, and it has already been fixed in our internal new edition.
