it shows TODO: <文件说明> for description and company.

The only file I have in my Foxit directory is "Foxit Reader 2.0 Beta.exe"
Is there something wrong with the installation setup file perhaps?

No there's all correct on your machine. This file is only there if you download that additional Javascript component over menu "Tools" -> Javascript
