How to add(create) a Bookmark ?

i am using Foxit Reader 2.2

is it possible to add a bookmark to the PDF file and then save the file?
if it is please tell me how.

if its not is it with new versions?

or may be i must use another product? i.e Creator , Editor?

will you please guide me ?

You can use our newest version 3309 to create bookmark. Thanks.
