I have a Ricoh MP C4500 MFP, and am trying to print multiple copies of a one-page PDF file.
The file was created in inDesign (I don't know what version, or if it was exported directly, or distilled... I can find out if you think it will matter)
If I choose to print 3 copies, it looks like it sends it fine, but when it gets to the copier, it actually converts it to 3 copies of a 3-page file, so in the end I get 9 copies of the page.
This scales up to at least 30 copies, which would have given me 900 copies. (If I hadn't stopped it at 200...)
I've tried using the PCL 6 driver, and the RPCS driver, both acting the same.
Also, I've tried printing from Adobe Reader, and it does not do this. (Although, it has other problems, hence why I want to use foxit.)
I'm going to try and see if I can recreate the problem with another computer, and another machine, but I just wanted to see if maybe this is a common problem...
Thanks
