printing format

I've had this issue for all the documents I've tried printing. The document is a typical 8.5x11 portrait orientation, but when I want to print it, the document size is flipped--it's 11x8.5 instead. I tried rotating the document and printing landscape, but it doesn't work. Any tips?

Hi benanmi, Thanks for your info. I manage to print the file with no problem. I will forward this to the tester team for further testing. But

1. I am wondering if you've changed the Orientation in the Printer Settings dialog box?
2. 'when I want to print it,the document size is flipped--it's 11x8.5 instead.'
--- can we see the flipped orientation in Preveiw area, right?

If you don't do item#1 and right in item#2, please open the file, open Reader Print dialog box, drag the box a little to the side so we can see the page, then make a screenshot for us, please. Thanks in advance!
