Language File for version 3.1.0901

Hi All,

Attached is the XML language file for version 3.1.0901. This file is for Foxit Phantom. If you want to apply it to Foxit Reader, please change the application name to Foxit Reader.

meanwhile, we have version 3.1.1125, and there are already some strings that are not covered by the old language file from this thread.

Please post the most current lang_en_us.xml file.
