Open Reader problem

I am using Foxit Reader 1.3 Beta Build 0708 on XP with Firefox and Mozilla browsers.
Foxit opened PDF files on the web for 2 days [while Adobe tried to load but gave error and quit] but something has happened and now Adobe opens PDF file on internet.

Foxit is still default Reader for my machine. Should the file be place in root directory?
Suggestions?

Foxit Support:
Foxit Reader Build0708 do not have any plugin for Firefox so far. I guess that's the reason you get messed on this problem.
Our next release, probably on mid August, the Pro version will first include Firefox plugin. You can try that then.
