Default inconsistent/broken render on some pdfs

Why are they rendering so badly ?

On my machine, these PDF Files look fine! Do you use newest build 0708 ?

Can you please add a screenshot, where I can see the problem?

Yes, the latest beta 0708.
Well, for example, the 4226 document, use the mouse scrolling wheel to scroll down to, say, page 22.
