Error open PDF file with SharePoint 2007 install with x64 Foxit iFilter

I've encounter error when open and edit PDF file from Adobe Acrobat after my SharePoint server x64 installed with Foxit Ifilter x64.

The error showed " There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found"

Assist need on above issue. Thanks.
