Hi everyone,
Welcome to this mobile world. Following is a list of mobile platform Foxit Reader currently support. Windows Mobile 2003 (PocketPC 2003) Windows Mobile 5.0/6.0 Windows CE 5.0 Windows CE 4.2 MiziLinux 2.0/2.5 As you know, for same mobile OS there are so many different manufactures producing so many different physical models out there. We have tested Foxit Reader on some physical devices. However, we cannot put our hands on all the different models. Generally software application should run well on the mobile OS regardless of device model. However, we still receive some report from users, saying our Foxit Reader cannot run on a specific device model. So could you please do us a favor? Please download our Foxit Reader to your mobile device and test it. If it runs well WITHOUT any bug on your device, please report your device model information to the thread "Foxit Reader runs well on following devices:". We need such CONFIRMATION. If it doesn't run well on your device, please create a seperate thread and report the bug with the device model information. Foxit greatly appreciates your effor to help us bring Foxit Reader to the mobile world. Thank you very much. Last edited by Nancy; September 3rd, 2008 at 06:52 PM. |

What about Foxit for a Blackberry, it is the only really bad flaw with the phone. The lack of being able to look at a pdf from a web page that is.

Hello,
We are currently working on a Blackberry version. There is no timeline on it yet, but we realize that there is a huge need. Thanks for your suggestion. |

How about palm? I can't imagine switching to another type of device, and I'd really love to be able to use foxit instead of the dreaded adobe (they always start with good software, but then they get bogged down with too much extra crap as the versions progress and their software stops runnng well).
Thank you! Last edited by miricats; August 7th, 2008 at 02:03 PM. Reason: typo |

I cannot get to work any version of Foxit Reader Mobile to work, I have an HP Ipaq rx3115, with Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition (Pocket PC 2003 Pro).
I tried Foxit Reader for Pocket PC WM5/WM6 1.1, 1.2. 1.4, Foxit Reader for Smartphone WM5/WM6 1.2, Foxit Reader for Windows CE 4.2 and 5.0 . I like very much foxit readers because they are so lightweight and fast, I hate Adobe's Readers, they are fatty programs. Thanks a lot for this Quality programs. |

I recently got a new Samsung Omnia. It runs Windows Mobile 6.1... Great Device with a built-in PDF reader.
But its not a very good PDF reader. (crap actually) First aftermarket software i excitedly tried out was Foxit for Windows Mobile. Sadly it didn't work out On that specific device. (I dont know for sure about other WinMo Devices) Cant really say what's wrong.. It just doesn't work. I did find another that I found to be good and reliable. Just a shame it's not Foxit. If foxit did work I would definitely use it.
