Default Latest lang_en_us.xml

Hi,

Got 3 quick questions about L10N issues:

- Is the latest lang_en_us.xml always located in the languages.foxitsoftware.com ?
- Is the latest xml still version 3.0.2008.1222?
- Can I translate the xml file and mail it Foxit? It's easier than translating the entire thing via the web-interface.
