Why JPEG Text?!
The JPEG decorations and ads contain text, which would always remain English despite a 100% localization. Why?
Keep the artwork, port the text to the resource XML!

JPEG decorations ? do you mean JPEG decoder? Which dialog box it doesn't be translated? Update list?
about the Advertisement text, the tranlsated result needs to be checked over before inscribing. If you want that to be translated, please send us your language file and the releated translated entries, we will displace the texst and sand back to you.
