Default Dead eSlick

My foxit has gone kaput. Power light blinks once and the screen gets spattered with eInk dots, and then just stays there. If I press power again it just puts more dots on the screen, but doesn't turn on. Anybody have a clue what to do about this?

A picture of what it looks like right now is here: http://imgur.com/2A5LA.jpg

Default Nevermind

By removing the battery and reinserting it, then holding down reset, I got it to turn on. It thinks it's out of battery (absurd! I left it to charge overnight) and turns immediately off. Didn't bring my charger with me, unfortunately, so I'll have to wait until I get home. Hope this helps anybody else who thinks their eSlick has died.

Signed,

Eagerly awaiting firmware update

Sorry about that. The firmware update will fix this. We'll release this very soon.

I've seen my eSlick blinking two or three times and I thought that it's not dead but out of charge. So I tried charging it again. Some time it could not be charged, and I'd tried re-plugging the battery. Now it works normally.

At least, if it's doubted that the battery may malfunction, trying to check its voltage and purchase new battery is an alternative way.
