Default not US patent office uspto compatible

i tried to use creater to create the patents pdf file for the uspto office, but it was rejected as PDF format not compatible. i am using version 2.0.0 0725

problems are :
1) create the pdf file from ms word, submitted to uspto EFS-Web, it was rejected as "The attached PDF file references a non-embedded font: Arial. Please remove file, embed the font and reattach.", same error message for various other fonts...

here are the excerpts from uspto doc

Hello acadinc,

Please embed the fonts requried by EFS-Web when you printing the MS word document to PDF file. It can be embeded by clicking on "Properties"->"Fonts".

Best Regards,
Cherry
