new user-changing font from bold to plain

I am a new user, trying out this program. First time editing went well, except the change I made appears in bold. Because of my newness to the program, I guess, I cannot find the attribute controlling bold font.

To change the text object font from bold to plain, pls first choose the text object, then go to the right bottom dialogue, choose "Font" coloumn, and change your font by selecting certain font name from the "Name" coloumn. finally, click "Change" to effect your operation.
For example: If your text font is "Courier Bold", then you need to change it to "Courier".
