Attached is a test page generated by FoxIt PDF creator. It looks fine in the FoxIt Reader, but gives an error about font spacing when viewed with Acro Reader 5.1 -- which also makes some of it illegible.
Can tech support elaborate on this? Perhaps someone can view it with other readers and see what happens? This may be an oddball Acro 5.1 issue, just want to make sure that PDF's I distribute will be readable by the vast majority of PDF readers. Thanks, |

I also get an font width error using adobe reader 7.08
But I don't know if it is a problem of adobe reader or foxit pdf creator. Thanks for your report! |

Using PC, MS Office 2003 Publisher to create document, font Papyrus. As with others, looks fine in the Foxit reader, but translates differently when read with AA - producing spacing issues, mainly after capitals.
![]() In fact a customer of mine returned the flyer I had attached to her email (that had this problem) in an email to me and even though I was opening it with Foxit, it had problems. I chose this font for my business, and did not have any issues creating PDFs from Publisher files with AA, only when I changed to Foxit. Need resolution with this - otherwise my purchase of the PDF creator is useless for my business advertising. A patch, perhaps? *praying* |

Hello Wendy,
Try the following operations: Open foxit printer properties, in the Fonts tab, use embeded font to print your document. Hope this helps. |
