Question Editing and printing a copy protected pdf file

I had downloaded a help file (operating manual in pdf) of a software, in every page of which 'evaluation copy' is marked diagonally through word wrapping. As a result of which reading the manual becomes extremely difficult. While using Foxit, it could temporarily remove the complete word-wrapped marking but did not not permit saving the edited pdf file or taking a print copy citing the reason 'copy protected'. Can anybody guide me how to make a print copy of edited file or saving the edited portion with foxit editor or with any other software? Since foxit could delete the marking temporarily, I feel that taking a print or saving the edited portion is also possible. If anybody knows the method, he may kindly write here or e-mail me at <pkagarwal_12@rediffmail.com >
