I've been doing some testing with collated related issues and discovered that my application could not print to the HP LaserJet 4100 PCL6 driver (from HP's website). Has anyone experienced this issue or is this a known issue? I tried the Windows native HP LaserJet 4100 PCL driver which is just fine. This is quite strange.

We are doing an evaluation of FoxIt and basically I've created an engine around the FoxIt DLL SDK to process print jobs. I managed to track down the error to a StartDoc(PrinterDC, ref myDocInfo) API call, this is still strange. So its not an fpdfview.dll issue for now. But this is still weird. All other printers seem fine.
