When I scoll down via the mousewheel in any pdf, it seems to jump down 1/5 of a page instantly. Sure, it is quicker to scroll this way to skim, but it's kind of harsh on the eyes to scroll this way when reading technical or deeply written documents.
My request is a toggled property (turning smooth scrolling on/off). Also, I think it wouldn't be too hard to add in the additional feature that if you hold down control and you use the mousewheel at the same time, it reverts to the other mode (ctrl+mwheel with smoothscroll toggle off does smoothscrolling anyways, and vice versa). |

For this reason, I use the "hand", if I read some long PDF Files.
But you are right, smoothscrolling would be easier! |
