multi_language.zip : strange folder

I downloaded multi_language.zip (version 2.0.2007.1316) but I can't extract files because they're stored in "ð-¢¿+-+¦+ð\" folder...
I think it's a problem from localized asian language.

Pls correct the zip and re-post for download
