I am seeing an occasional problem where if I select & copy some text, the spaces between words gets lost! Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

I haven't seen this behaviour!
Perhaps this could be a problem with only one of your PDF-Files? Could you please put this file into this forum? |

Hi,
I notice the same behaviour, a PDF document looks fine on the screen, but when I copy and paste the text int MS-Word, many spaces (not all) between words are missing. No one specific PDF file. |

From Foxit Support team:
Could you first make sure you have downloaded our latest version? (V1.3 Build0708). If your problem is file-dependent, pls post your sample file here with explicit description of your problem or send to support@foxitsoftware.com. Thanks. |

I can confirm that this behaviour still exists for some PDFs. In particular:

I have never had this bug before I downloaded the newest version last week, but now I get it in a large number of pdfs, probably around 1/3 of the ones I've tried. Build 3.1.4.1125

I am sorry to inform you that it is a bug of Foxit Reader 3.1.
It will be fixed on our next version. |
