Things, that can't be translated in 2.1

During new translation I found many things "untranslatable", so I had to create this topic.
I dont know if this is beacause of old english translation file or program bugs. I rely on official eng file from this topic. If its really old (doesn't fit to build 2023) please update it for better translations.

Can't translate:

- whole JavaScript Console
- "Email" in File menu, Toolbar
- Install License Key (also window), Ticket Support in Help
- names, titles of Tools in menus and toolbars: all Measure Tools (also windows); Commenting title and Typewriter inside; all Tools in Advanced editing (without Selecion and Links Tools) with popup menus, windows, messages; Font Toolbar title, Drawing Markup title
- whole History and Text Link in General\Preferences
- Internet section in Preferences
- Full Screen section in Preferences
- "Annotations" word in Print\Print
- Zoom In\Out Tool in Zoom toolbar
- All "Show Toolbars" inside rollup toolbars
- Popup menu when clicked on Typewriter's text

Thanks, but there is nothing else to do, until the developers supply an
updated english language file to translate. The current italian translation
i have made at least 6 months ago is the most updated possible, at this moment

Grazie, ma non c'e' niente altro da fare, fino a quando i programmatori
non si decidono a fornire un file in inglese aggiornato da tradurre.
