Default .Net Support?

Can I use VB.Net with the SDK?

Can a VB.Net application load a 'template', fill in some form data, and save a PDF file that is fillable?

And the reverse - can I open a saved filled in form and access the data using VB.Net.

What Foxit products are needed to accomplish the above?

TIA
