Default Converting Bookmarks in PDF Creator

I have a word doc (office 2007) with bookmarks in it and I have purchased a copy of pdf creator and I'm using the com addin to convert the .docx file to .pdf.

Works great (hyperlinks too!) but the bookmarks don't make it. I just get a single bookmark with text from the top of my document, and that text isn't even a bookmark in the word document.

Help? Is there some trick to getting the bookmarks to show up in the finished pdf?

Hello,

Could you please send us a sample file at support@foxitsoftware.com for testing? Also, are you using WIndows Vista? Thanks.

Yeah I think the issue is that an "Outline" (or table of contents) in Word is coverted into bookmarks in the destination PDF, but "Bookmarks" in Word are not.

I've lost my foxit button for the com addin-on on the office 2007 ribbon. Or at least I can't find it now. Where is that located?

Do you ever try to reinstall foxit creator? You don't see the add-on after reinstalling? If so, tying this: go to Word Help/About M office word/ prohibited items,if you see foxit addon is list there, enable it.

If the above info doesn't make sense, let me know what've you done to the word that caused the button ploughed under.

Re-install worked. The "addins" tab showed up on the ribbon with foxit.
