I have a similar question.

I have a lot of pdfs which open fine in FoxIt, but won't open in Acrobat. But if I use FoxIt PDF Creator, I can 'convert' the troublesome pdfs into unproblematic pdfs. It's a workable method for indirectly repairing these troublesome pdfs.

The problem is that I have to repair each pdf one by one: I open them up all at once (with File > Convert to PDF) and then end up clicking 'Save' over and over again. And I have hundreds of them, so it's taking forever! Is there any way to speed up this process? Thanks.
