looking for a remote desktop management system

Hello,

I am looking for a remote desktop management system which should be very
user-friendly. We would prefer a open-source software for that for further
customization. I have found Paragent software which seems to be looking
good so far, any suggestions regarding this would be appreciated.

I am also using paragent. It serves better and offers many open source. I would suggest you to go ahead with paragent.
