1. use search function before posting
Sometimes, other people already asked the same question.
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/bbs/search.php

2. Describe your thread with expressive words!

If you start a thread with title "PLEASE HELP!!!" or anything like this, it's unlikely that somebody helps you.
Your title should describe your problem in few expressive words, e.g. "wrong characters if viewing file fsdfsdfsd.pdf"

3. use words crash, idea, bug in your title

For easier and faster handling, users should use words like CRASH, IDEA (Enhancement, feature request) or BUG (errors in program, displaying errors) in the title of their threads.

some Examples:

BUG: wrong characters in my sample file
CRASH: opening print dialog
IDEA: include other languages

moderators should mark fixed bugs and crashes with (FIXED) in title!

4. trouble with printing?

If you have trouble with printing, always provide information about your printer, please.
This can easily be done with this tool: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/tools/Getprinterinfo.exe

5. use ticked support system for confidential data

If you have trouble with a PDF file and it contains confidential data, you can upload it with the Ticked support system.
In that case, only the foxit developers will see that file and try to fix your problems.
