Default Hyperlinks not recognized

I and my developers are evaluating pdf controls for use in several Global Customer Service, Intellectual Property projects for Philips Healthcare. We've tested several controls and find Foxit's ActiveX 2.0 SDK our favorite for ease of integration, platform support, speed & features. Just one problem:
hyperlinks do not work. We've compiled the included sample C++ & VB demos and one of our own in .Net and in all cases the control does not recognize when the cursor is hovering over hyperlinks. The same documents/hyperlinks work perfectly when opened by FoxIt's free reader application and Adobe AcroRead. We use hyperlinks quite a bit to cretae index documents with links to external documents (in the same directory).

We're on a tight two-week deadline for choosing our pdf solution and prompt support would be very appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Don Ray, Program Manager

The hyperlink bug is known issue, we have resolved the bug already. To buy Foxit ActiveX 2.0, please contact sales@foxitsoftware.com. We will send you a copy of ActiveX without the bug if you would like to buy it.
