Default Bug Fullscreen forgets and fullscreen cleanup

First:

1. Right click choose Fullscreen
2. Right click choose fit width
3. leave fullscreen and go right back
4. Foxit doesn't rember that you choose fit width!!!

Second:
It would be realy nice to have an option to deactivate the little Fullscreenbutton in fullscreen mod, moveing it out of the screen is a solution but it would be fine to realy deactivate it. Either it is not needed because i can leave fullscreen through the right click menu or esc (maybe you can also add an option to leave the fullscreen mod through a doubleclick, like it is in the media players)
And Second part 2: An Option to deactivate the slider on the right side to have a bit more screen. The books i read have page numbers so it is only a waste of screen place.

Third:
a one instance option, to use the same reader window again if a new file is double clicked
Go on,
Lexem

Disabling fullscreen via doubleclick would be really great. But somehow the button disappeared in my Foxit Reader so I'm happy at the moment
