Pdf search

I have an email account where I have about 5000 emails all with an
attched pdf in each individual email. They were sent to the email
account using an efax number. Is there a way or is there software that
would enable me to keyword search within all the pdf documents in
order to look for and find a spacific pdf? or is there a way to
quickly view and file email attachments without having to try and
fully open each pdf and then click on "save as" and file each document
one at a time?
