Text Markup Tools avalilable?

Hi Foxit team,

First, I would like to congratulate you for the wonderful software.

To my needs, Foxitreader for desktop windows is a wonderful software because it allows me to highlight, to underline and to mark pieces of text at a pdf ebook or article, as can be seen by the image below:



Does any mobile version of Foxit reader has "Text Markup Tools" avaliable?

I´ve read the mobilefoxit manual, but I was unable to find it there.

It would be wonderful if it has this feature.
