Highlighted text does not display

I realise that annotation is not yet possible on Foxit Mobile, but I have also noticed that annotations that I have made in Foxit Desktop Pro do not display when I view them on my mobile device (Windows Mobile on an HP iPAQ 2490). Highlights are missing, and only the speech bubbles are displayed (with no text associated with them). Any chance of making annotations visible, if not editable?
