Default Switching between Foxit and Acrobat

I would like to do speed testing between Foxit and Acrobat. My application emits a pdf file to Internet Explorer. I would like to be able to switch between Foxit and Acrobat as the default pdf application for Internet Explorer so that I can do speed test to compare the two applications. I have managed to change the default application when double-clicking a pdf document so that it will use the application of my choice. I am, however, having a problem getting IE to open Acrobat by default while viewing a pdf on the web. When I double click a pdf, Acrobat opens but Foxit always opens in IE. Does anyone know how to set up IE to accomplish this? Thanks

Default

If you run Foxit Reader the first time, a message will notify you to set it as your default PDF reader.
For Adobe Acrobat Reader, so far as I know, you need to repair it to shift it back as your PDF reader.
If you wish to shift back to Foxit Reader once again, run Foxit Reader again, and you should see the message mentioned above.
Sounds a little complicated, :)
